这是我们与东京三轩茶屋的小型酒馆/瓶装店”Pigalle”时隔3年的首次合作。风格是海勒斯,一种在德国南部广受欢迎的拉格啤酒。
我们从Pigalle的两位店主那里了解到”Stammtisch”在德语中是”常客桌”的意思。德国酒馆总是为常客保留桌位,我们将这个命名理解为希望Pigalle的常客们能以同样的方式享用这款海勒斯。我们一起酿造了这款随时都能享用、百喝不厌的海勒斯。

【入门指南:什么是海勒斯?】

海勒斯是源自德国南部巴伐利亚的淡色拉格啤酒啤花!”Helles”意为”明亮”,比皮尔森苦味更少,以麦芽甜味为特色啤花!酒精度通常为4.7-5.4%,IBU为16-22,温和适中,作为德国的日常啤酒深受喜爱啤花!采用低温发酵和陈酿工艺,口感干净均衡啤花!

微浊的棕色。来自麦芽蛋白的雾感。未过滤啤酒特有的自然浑浊,是活啤酒的证明。
👃香气
👃 香气 (Orthonasal)
烤麦芽香气,饼干般、稻草般的气息。随后贵族啤酒花轻柔地展现自己。如草地上吹来的清风般清新。
🌸 口腔香气
甜美的口香糖般细腻感,清爽地抵达鼻腔。花蜜和柠檬的印象。柠檬糖、润喉糖般的清新。不太像八朔柑橘。橙子般的甜味确实存在。
👅口感与质地

碳酸化度相当克制,自然地进入口腔。温和恰到好处。
🍯 酒体与质地
麦芽甜味与啤酒花苦味的完美平衡。甜味和苦味比例恰到好处。有一些木糖醇口香糖般的细微感觉。薄荷。啤酒花不会太强,碳酸化度也不会太强,所以可以充分享受麦芽的味道。


When carbonation is restrained, you can really taste the malt!

Exactly! When carbonation is strong, hops stand out too much, so when you want to highlight malt, you should be especially mindful of carbonation strength. This design philosophy matches the concept of aiming for a Helles that “you can enjoy anytime without getting tired of it.”

Goes down the throat pleasantly. Sensation of clean liquid entering the body.
🌿Aftertaste
Slightly smoky, woody malt toastiness. Delicious.
🍾Bottle Bottom
Darker color but not much different from the main body. Strong mint sensation, reminiscent of toothpaste.
整体印象
A very delicious and well-balanced Helles. This might be my best Helles of the year. The malt sweetness and hop bitterness harmonize exquisitely, achieving the concept of “you can enjoy anytime without getting tired of it.” The improvement from the previous batch, allowing you to taste more malt richness, is also commendable.

By the way, Stammtisch literally means “regulars' table” in German! It’s such a fitting name for this collaboration beer, don’t you think?

That’s so interesting! The connection between Pigalle’s regular customers in Sangenjaya and the beer’s name makes every sip feel even more meaningful.

The German Helles tradition shines through beautifully here. At just 3.8% ABV, it’s perfect for enjoying multiple rounds during a gathering with friends.

And that golden clarity is just gorgeous! It looks so refreshing that I can almost feel the sea breeze from Zushi just by looking at it.

The collaboration between Yorocco Beer from Zushi and the Pigalle bar in Sangenjaya proves that distance is no obstacle when you share the same passion for quality beer.

Absolutely! It’s these kinds of collaborations that make the Japanese craft beer scene so exciting and full of wonderful surprises.

This beer goes beyond a simple Japanese-German collaboration to become a work that understands the essence of German beer culture.
