A very delicious and well-balanced Helles. This might be my best Helles of the year. The malt sweetness and hop bitterness harmonize exquisitely, achieving the concept of “you can enjoy anytime without getting tired of it.” The improvement from the previous batch, allowing you to taste more malt richness, is also commendable.

Connection to German Beer Culture

This beer goes beyond a simple Japanese-German collaboration to become a work that understands the essence of German beer culture. The bond with regular customers embodied in the name “Stammtisch,” the longing for Franconian landscapes, and the pursuit of balance for daily enjoyment – all of these demonstrate true respect for German beer culture.
