BIRD is a beer that reinterprets the American-style pale ale. Compared to typical pale ales, the color is lighter, malt and caramel flavors are minimized, with fruity hop aroma and a light body that complements it. 過剰なものも、足りないものもない、飽きない味わいを目指しました。

香り

Orthonasal Aroma

勢い良く喉に近づけると瓜のような印象が強くなる。うまい。ペールエールらしくゴクゴク飲める。ひっかかるものがない。おいしいクラフトビール。
チクル感に追加でレモングラスのような爽やかさが混ざってる？爽快にかなり寄ってる。追うように砂糖少なめビスケットのようなモルト感。

Retronasal Flavor

Slight cider-like fermentation character mixes with malt sweetness, plus Fanta-like aroma with added hops.REVISIONのWCIPA this aroma alone might be close?

味わい ペールエールらしく軽やかなクラフトビール

Mouthfeel

Beer-like quality with gentle carbonation

Body and Texture

Ultimately light with pleasant moderate acidity dancing on the tongue. No overpowering elements. Light. I’d love this on draft. Would be absolutely perfect with fine-tuned carbonation. Light.ゴクゴク飲める。

The Swallow

Nothing catches going down the throat. Sweet grapefruit impression remains. No notable hassaku-like acidity. Very gulpable.

Aftertaste

さわやか。ドライでややチクルが残るかなくらい。ゴクゴク飲める。ファンタオレンジっぽい。
