The Mousetrap is a uniquely themed taproom centered around cats and mice. Always stocking a distinctive beer lineup, it offers unique styles you won’t find at major breweries. A brewery that embodies the diversity of Chicago’s craft beer scene.

🍺 Beer Experience: Saison

A unique interpretation of the Belgian farmhouse Saison style. Spicy and dry on the palate, with well-balanced fruity yeast esters. While often thought of as a summer beer, Off Color’s Saison is so good you’ll want to drink it year-round.

Saison originally refers to beer Belgian farmers provided to seasonal workers (Saison workers)! Characterized by a dry finish and spiciness, it was perfect after farm work. Modern Saisons have evolved into diverse styles!

Off Color’s Saison is easy to drink yet reveals complex flavors afterward. The Mousetrap’s atmosphere is also unique — a place where you really feel Chicago’s craft beer diversity.

ユニークなビールスタイルへのこだわりが光るシカゴの個性派ブルワリー。セゾンの完成度は高く、The Mousetrapの雰囲気も含めて特別な体験ができる。
