ひみつビールは、Mie Prefecture伊勢市にあるクラフトビールブルワリーで、2022年に創業されました。地元出身の藪木啓太氏と佐々木基岐氏によって設立され、祖父母の代から受け継いだ農業用の納屋をリノベーションしてブルワリーとして使用しています。「ひみつビール」という名前には、「あなたの大切な人にだけ教えてほしい。」という願いが込められています。

Our friends run a beer stand called AL in Takayama (Gifu Prefecture) @al.beerstand , and we brewed this farmhouse ale to celebrate their 3rd anniversary.
AL BREWER’S BEER STAND was started by fellow craft beer enthusiasts who got into the industry around the same time as us, serving delicious and diverse craftラフトビールシーンで地元を盛り上げたいと3年前に地元の高山でオープンしたビアバー兼ボトルショップです。
出会った頃は毎週のようにビールのイベントに出店する側と、ビールイベントを追いかける側でしたが、何度も顔を合わせて話をするうちに気づけばとても仲良くなって今では家族ぐるみの付き合いをさせていただいています。
僕たちのビール工場がまだ農業用の納屋の状態だった頃から伊勢にも足を運んでくれて一緒に工場の改装を手伝ってくれたり開業前からずっとサポートしてくれているお店の一つです。
そんな彼らから、ビアバーをオープンする。だからいつか僕らのブルワリーができたら一緒にビールを造ってほしい！と言われていて、今回ようやくそれが実現しました。
造ったビールはたっぷりのシトラホップを使ったジューシーでドリンカブルなファームハウスエール。
今回シトラホップをメインに使いたいという彼らの要望に、それならホップはシトラのシングルホップにしようと決めました。
シトラホップのジューシーさを引き出すように酵母のエステルが彩りを添える仕上がりです。

The beer-loving AL family has an adorable one-year-old son. His name is Citra! Born in the Year of the Tiger, little Citra was named after the hop variety both parents love. This is also the reason Citra hops were used as the main hop in this brew.
If you love craft beer, you love Citra hops, right!?
With the wish for him to grow up happy and loved by everyone, the beer was named FIRST LOVIN’.
Direct translation would beると初恋ですが、家族や仲間、クラフトビールに出会えた衝撃と喜び、それに愛。
このビールを飲んで初恋と同じように衝撃や愛を感じてもらえれば嬉しいです！

温度が上がると一気にフェノール。セゾン系。発酵由来のAroma。

Taste

Mouthfeel

酸味のアタックが強い。小麦由来？

Body and Texture

酸味では入りながら、ベルギービール系のコクがある。濃い。フェノールとCitraの熟れた桃の印象。炭酸と温度が抜ける 暖かくなると温度が上がりフェノールの印象が一気に強くなる。冷たいときにごくごく飲むのが一番おいしい。

フェノールとレモングラス。

Aftertaste

ハッカ飴とミントなさわやかさ。

強い薬品感。シップのような印象もある。

Overall Impression

ブレット系のファームハウスを期待すると違和感がある。セゾン。だと思う。概念的には自作のものを使うファームハウスの気持ち 思いはすごくわかるけれども、やはりTasteとしてセゾンとの違いを明確化するために重要な役割を果たすのが酵母だと思った、個人的な解釈の問題が大きい。勉強不足を感じた。また学ぶ。
