Hi, I’m Riho. I recently visited the brewpub “Ladd & Lass Brewing” in Seattle, a city in the Pacific Northwest. While Seattle is famous as a coffee city, it’s actually incredibly vibrant as a craft beer destination as well. Today, I’d like to introduce “Ladd & Lass Brewing,” which I discovered during my Seattle brewpub explorations.

“Ladd & Lass Brewing,” located slightly away from downtown Seattle, has been generating local buzz despite being relatively new. I heard that the owner was originally a homebrewer, and they’re already producing many appealing craft beers centered around American IPAs and pale ales.
Seattle’s craft beer scene is truly vibrant, with strong connections between beer bars. You can hop between several spots without encountering duplicate flavors – that’s how diverse the beer offerings are.
Focused on exploring diverse beer styles with balanced flavors, they brew a wide range from session lagers to imperial stouts.

シアトル中心部から車で約15分. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft make it easy to get there. Other beer bars and brewpubs are scattered nearby, and bar-hopping to compare Seattle’s craft beers is one of the great pleasures. The Ballard area is also about 15 minutes by car or bus, making Uber-assisted brewery tours very convenient.
