● 見た目

透明。向かい側は見える。やや黄色がかっている。濁りというほどではない。

● aroma(Orthonasal)

アルコールとMaltが溶け合った苦さにcaramelみが加わったようなAromaが強い。追うように胡椒Loral?や青りんご、ginjo aromaに近いようなfruityさ。

Citraの熟れたmelonのようなニュアンスも後から追うようにやってくる。

● flavor(Retronasal)

マッタリとしたりんご飴のような甘さが喉の奥をこすりながら追うようにmarmalade。爽やかな花。

● Mouthfeel

ビールらしい自然さ。★当たった瞬間桃のような甘さが弾ける★GALAXY？

● richnessとtexture

口に含んだ瞬間強いbitterness。追うように★GALAXYの桃のcan詰のような甘さを含んだ強いbitterness★がジワジワと盛りあがってくる。それらを支えるMaltの土台がしっかりしてる。caramel感のあるMaltの付け方がBreaking Budを思い出した。

caramel感はわりと酸化しても美味しいimpressionがある。このビール

に強い酸化は感じないが、製造は6カ月前らしい。酸化は少なからずしていると思う。それでもうますぎる。ありがとうKnee Deepといいたくなる。

● the swallow

タバコのようなニュアンスとアルコールの混じった紅茶のようなdankさ。花の上品な感じに故障を一振りして熟れたmelonで覆い被したようなimpression。Maltが強くやや甘ったるくも感じるが、ABVが高いのでそれほど気にならない。とてもうまいし綺麗。

● Aftertaste

dryという訳ではないが、後に残るものがかなり少ない。marmalade、紅茶感が口の中に長く残る。品がある。

● 全体的なimpression

Maltの付け方のimpressionからハイアル版Breaking Bud?とおもった。Hopsのimpressionは違うが、Maltの付け方は似ている気がする。すごくおいしい。★caramelと強いMaltが全体を支えている★

● 底

紅茶感が強い。marmalade、アルコール。アルコールが強すぎてクスリ感も少しある。湿布感は余り感じない。本体になかった草っぽさをやや感じる。おいしい。
