Hazy IPA

The Hazy IPA I had during my visit was very impressive. Rich in tropical fruit aromas with a silky and juicy mouthfeel. While nodding to West Coast IPA traditions befitting a San Diego brewery, it’s finished in a modern Hazy style. Well-crafted enough to enjoy both as an everyday beer and as something to savor slowly.

Barrel-Aged Stout

The flagship style that won a GABF medal. This imperial stout aged in wood barrels (bourbon and whiskey barrels) is a luxurious beer with layered complexity of vanilla, chocolate, coffee, and woody notes.
