Like Hopnosis, it centers on cryo-processed hops, combining classic West Coast style with fresh tropical fruit and citrus notes.

Appearance

Crystal clear gold. Beautiful.

Aroma

Orthonasal Aroma

Pine-like tropical notes with strawberry-like sweetness. Faintly, a hua jiao (Sichuan pepper)-like spiciness common in Taiwanese food. Minimal grassiness, very pleasant.

Retronasal Flavor

桃のような甘いフルーティな印象が強く残る。ややエステルを含んだ科学的な香りとホップ由来のフルーティさとアルコールの冷たさがまじりあってできる。かすかでもないがたしかにフルーティで、しつこくないドライさが印象的。鼻の奥に訴えかけてくる確かな重いフルーティさがすぐになくなるのがすごい。

炭酸が抜けてくると鼻の奥に穏やかにくるアルコールとエステルの香りが心地いい。日本酒のようにも感じる。とてもフルーティなのに、確かに重いアルコールの香りがあり、その中に無数の鮮やかなホップの香りがきれいに溶けていて感動する。アルコールの中にある香りの中にスイカのようなみずみずしく瓜のようなニュアンスを見つけて、これがとても夏らしくて大好き。

激しすぎない炭酸

Body and Texture

アルコールの冷たさとモルトの焦げたようなコクのある印象。たんぱくさはないのに、モルト由来の焦げたようなしっかりとした印象は強く確かにある。本当に心地いい。ビールらしい重さ。かつ、しつこくない。草っぽくもない。本当においしい。舌の上で長く維持すると草のような青い印象が強くなる。これもまた心地いい。しかししつこさやえぐみは全くない。美しいホップ。

The Swallow

Pushed cleanly into the back of the throat. So delicious and comfortable. After the push, it speaks to the back of the nose. Incredibly drinkable. A summer beer. Thank you.

Aftertaste

ドライ。ここまで強いアルコールの味わい モルトの焦げ感を舌の上で体験させてくれたから、後味もさぞしつこいんだろうなあと創造した。しかし、びっくりするほどドライ。後味に香りが残る。この香りが美しい。レモンの皮のようなバーベキューのときのスモーキーさのような。夏感のある後味。ダンディ系の香りが残る。ありがとう。ありがとう。バーベキューに合いそう。

Bottom of the Glass

濃い。ベリー系の印象がやや強い。おいしくしつこさは全くない。本体と混ぜても違和感はないと思う。ややグレープフルーツのような印象がある。

Overall Impression

味わいがのうこうなのに後味はドライ。夏向けの最高なIPAだと思う。IPA好きで、夏が好きな人は絶対に飲んだほうがいい。すごくおいしい。ごくごく飲めるタイプのビールだからUKパイントも余裕。ありがとうございました！Firestone Walker Double Hopnosis レビューでした！
