Appearance
A peach-tinted, whitish hue

Aroma (Orthonasal)
Galaxy-dominant. Strong peach. Enchanting. Followed by a melon-like El Dorado quality. Beautiful aroma.

Aroma (Retronasal)
Cookie-like grain and Citra’s ripe melon come through strongly.

Mouthfeel
Oat-like softness. A gentle, slightly cookie-like quality with a full-bodied feel.

Body & Texture
Full-bodied. A heavy cookie-like grain character passes through the nose. On the tongue, strong hop character and strong malt sweetness lick the palate simultaneously. A pleasant sweetness. The combination of this sweetness and El Dorado’s melon quality is deeply satisfying.

The Swallow
Perhaps due to aging, there’s a slightly sharp spiciness, but the oats round it out gently. Slightly grassy?

Aftertaste
A mellow malt sweetness lingers slowly and at length. Plus tropical hop aftertaste. Galaxy’s peach is dominant? Slightly syrupy.

Overall Impression
While there’s some spiciness, it doesn’t feel like aging has made things worse. The fact that it maintains this tropical hoppiness despite being canned over 6 months ago is truly impressive.

Off-Flavors
None detected.

Bottom of Glass
The bottom has a very strong Citra presence. Tasting it, the spiciness isn’t overly distracting, but it’s quite grassy. Not sludgy. Might be fine to mix with the main body. The moment of swallowing is spicy.
