Aroma

Orthonasal Aroma

Lemon notes, raw noble hop character.

Retronasal Flavor

Pronounced noble hops with gentle marmalade. A pleasant minty sensation passes through the nose.

Taste

Mouthfeel

A natural, beer-like quality.

Body and Texture

A pleasantly fresh, young-beer quality. There’s a touch of something like detergent, but in a beautiful way. The bitterness spreads incredibly pleasantly. Marmalade-like bitterness that isn’t cloying at all – quite refreshing. The liquid left in the mouth delivers beautiful lemon notes. Truly delicious. The bitterness gradually builds in the mouth, then intensifies suddenly after about 4 seconds. Swallowing at that moment feels incredibly satisfying.

The Swallow

Gentle. Slightly (truly just slightly) dank. A burst of noble hop-style dankness. Beautiful.

Aftertaste

Leaves a minty, menthol-like flavor with marmalade-like citrus notes.

Overall Impression

Surprisingly delicious for a major brewery product. Excellent condition. Being able to drink this for around 300 yen is truly a blessing.
