そう、このビールの名前はパーティーの絵文字なのです。そして、はい、販売シートからメニュー、顧客の注文、Untappd のチェックインに至るまで、混乱が生じることは承知しています。でも、どうだろう！今日は私たちの7歳の誕生日です。私たちはやりたいことをやります。しかもこの北ドイツ風ピルス、名前なんて関係ないほど美味しいんです！ベースは数種類のウェアマン ピルスナー モルトを中心に構築されており、ドイツ産のマグナム、テットナング、ザーツ、ミッテルフルーをホップしてスパイシーでフローラルなノーブル ホップの良さを実現しています。

Appearance

Mostly clear with a slight haze.

Aroma

Orthonasal Aroma

Noble hop grassiness, slight earthiness, with a somewhat American gum-like quality beneath the green notes.

Taking a vigorous sip brings strong alcohol to the fore. A pleasant alcohol character. Close to whiskey.

Retronasal Flavor

None?? I can barely detect anything – incredible. Clean. Beautifully restrained. It almost tricks the brain. Barely perceptible, with just a slightly grassy… like feeling a breeze across a meadow? A refreshing impression lingers.

A gentle combination arrives – American hop gum-like, syrup-like sweetness that doesn’t push deep into the nose, mixed with a German-style honey-like impression. It stops just short of the nasal passage. Never pushes through. Designed so you never tire of drinking it. Taste

Mouthfeel

Beer-like. Slides in smoothly like water.

Body and Texture

A strong pilsner. Acidity arrives first. That forms the foundation, and bitterness gradually builds. Starting with a water-like, diluted whiskey-like mouthfeel, hassaku (Japanese citrus) acidity comes in, quietly intensifying until you realize the strong acidity is actually bitterness. Swishing it around in the mouth, it’s quite close to major-brand pilsners. Strong hassaku character.

The Moment of Swallowing

The Moment of Swallowingにしっかりとした苦み。あとは加水したウイスキー。パイ生地のような甘さ。

Aftertaste

八朔とベリーのような贅沢なAftertaste。

Bottom of the Glass

酸味。八朔感が強め。本体とあまりかわらない。

Overall Impression

Aromaの出方が上品なのに、ごくごく系を体現している美しいラガー。ピルスナー。きれい。加水したウイスキーのような印象もある。一言でいうとエレガント。Cloudburst Anniversary Pilsner レビューでした！
