I went specifically for the fresh hop IPA, but it turned out I was slightly too early and it wasn’t available yet. However, that fortunate timing led me to discover these outstanding beers!

1. Stout

Striking roasted character with a dry bitterness. Medium body that’s not overly thick, making it approachable even for those who don’t usually enjoy stouts. The chocolate and coffee nuances are beautifully balanced — a pleasant surprise.

2. Bitter

An addictive smoothness and gentle astringency reminiscent of an English pub. The mellow mouthfeel of the ale combined with just the right level of bitterness creates an exquisite balance that keeps you sipping.

3. Lager

Crisp and refreshing! The kind of beer you’d want to bring to a BBQ. A perfectly refreshing finish for late summer, with a clean hop bitterness that lingers pleasantly.
