Taproom Atmosphere

The ski resort taproom is an open, mountainous space. It buzzes with skiers and snowboarders dropping in after runs. The Cle Elum brewery taproom, meanwhile, has a more local and relaxed vibe. Both are perfect for a stop on your travels.

I had their Kölsch, and the quality exceeded all expectations.

Character	Biscuity malt character with fermentation-derived yeast esters. Light body with perfectly balanced grainy malt sweetness and German yeast fruitiness

From the very first sip, biscuity malt character raced through my senses, layered with complex yeast esters from fermentation. This wasn’t just a “goes down easy” Kölsch — the flavor was so rich you’d want to savor every drop.
