Atmosphere & Space

Walking into the taproom, I found a prime seat right next to the brewing tanks — being able to feel the brewing atmosphere up close was the best. The space has a great sense of immersion unique to craft breweries, getting you pumped up. The interior is clean and comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff. Located in central Renton, it’s easy to find even on your first visit.

1. Gose – WBC 2025 Silver Medal Winner

First up was the WBC 2025 silver medal Gose. From the very first sip, a “salted watermelon”-like harmony of sweetness and acidity spread across my palate. The Gose’s characteristic lactic acid tartness combined with coriander and salt accents creates an exquisite balance — a refreshing beer that makes you crave it on hot days. No wonder it won an award.

2. Kolsch

Next, the Kolsch. This was astonishingly refreshing — before I knew it, I was gulping it down. A faithful recreation of the style originating from Cologne (Koln), Germany, with a clean and fruity flavor profile. It has the crispness of a lager while carrying the light aromatic quality of an ale — incredibly easy to drink. The perfect lunch beer on a hot day.
