What is Boundary Bay Brewery?

Boundary Bay Brewery was founded in 1995 by Ed Bennett, making it Bellingham’s oldest brewery. Housed in a renovated 1922 historic warehouse, it’s perfectly situated in the heart of downtown, directly across from the weekly Saturday farmers market. Since its founding, they’ve actively used local ingredients, earning the love of Bellingham residents as a bistro combining craft beer with farm-to-table cuisine.

I sampled German-style lagers and ambers, but the standout was the dark American Stout.
