Good question, 跳！ 海勒斯 originated in Bavaria, Germany, and is a golden 拉格 characterized by 麦芽 甜味. On the other hand, 皮尔森 originated in Pilsen, Czech Republic, and 特色 the 花香 aroma and pleasant 苦味 of Saaz 啤酒花, 跳！
Simply put, 海勒斯 is “gentle and easy to drink,” while 皮尔森 is “refreshing and 清脆.” Both are recommended for beginners.

Lovers 海勒斯 (4.5% 酒精度)

This 双倍IPA combines 啤酒花 like Eggers Nelson, Krush, and Citra, 跳！ The 热带水果 fruit aroma comes from terpenes like myrcene and linalool contained in these 啤酒花, 跳！

It had a comfortable balance between the San Diego-风格 strong 麦芽 IPA and Seattle’s characteristic slightly hazy, brilliant 啤酒花. It was very delicious.
Producerist is a 西海岸IPA that wonderfully fuses both San Diego and Seattle 风格s, befitting Modern Times酿酒师独立创办. The brilliant hop aroma from DDH (Double 干爽 Hopping) method was particularly characteristic.
