Hello! I’m Riho, a craft beer enthusiast. Today I’m sharing my visit to “Single Hill Brewing,” one of the top breweries in hop country Yakima, WA. I still remember being blown away by their beer in Japan. This time, I finally made it to their home base.

About Single Hill Brewing

Single Hill Brewing is based in Yakima, Washington. Known as an embodiment of Yakima’s hop country culture itself, they actively collaborate with local farmers, conduct hop experiments, and serve as a community hub for the city.

Their Vienna Lager is particularly outstanding and known among Japanese beer enthusiasts through imports. They represent “the ideal form of craft beer born from Yakima.”

Taproom Atmosphere

A bright taproom bathed in sunlight. Drinking while feeling Yakima’s sun and hop country atmosphere is something special. The space buzzed with a diverse crowd from local regulars to craft beer travelers.
